Ward Colossians 3 1 Therefore, if you have been raised with Christ, keep seeking the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on the things that are above, not on the things that are on earth. 3 For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Believers falter periodically unto a settlement altogether recognizable at a city gate without a key and that spiritual relapse, conjures thoughts relative to things insignificant, along with meditations in hope entirely selfish. We’ll often ask when this un-spiritual war shall cease; until we observe the Holy script of our preferred demand and delight (cf.*Gal.5:17). It unfolds our earthen state with visuals seemingly so pleasing and worth endeavoring. Our transformation given by the Almighty yet enables our touching those extreme, hot articles of times past where we were burned, so we pass up the opportunity, rejoicing in the Savior’s care that governs our steps. The conjuring effect is always short-lived (cf. Ps.73:1-17).
