Today’s Thought “A Soul Once Esteemed” G. Ward

Proverbs 22:2 “The rich and the poor have a common bond; the Lord is the maker of them all.”

Here today, gone tomorrow is a phrase transcendent of people, but with equal significance with our desires – where contentment doesn’t reside. Lending oneself to an imaginary hospice state may certainly be perceived as morbid, but is more actual than we’d like to admit. Contemplation of my end shouldn’t  await a funeral pyre to know I could be next, but should seek the brevity in moments given by my King that highlights HIS governance over me (Ps.90:12).
