2 Corinthians 2

¹⁷ For we are not like the many, peddling the word of God, but as from sincerity, but as from God, we speak in Christ in the sight of God.

 

The Truth of God’s Word, unfolds this era as no different than thousands of years ago when false teachers (imposing on facts presented in God’s Word) sought to pervade their eloquence onto a people needing answers, to then witness their finding more idol worship through another seemingly so impressive. The “few factor” of our Lord’s discourse (Matt.7:13-14), will assuredly pay attention to always present Christ as Sufficient, and every man thereafter - completely subordinate to HIM and whereas their determinations won’t ever deter from proclamations’ conveyance found in HIS Holy Script, they won’t add or subtract to make it palatable.

*Key Point: Whenever you encounter what appears to be contradictory of another passage (particularly as you seek to verify one of your points), know that’s the beginning of heresy. God is incapable of error, but WE’RE always prone to it (*Ro.3:4).
