Proverbs 24

¹⁶ For a righteous person falls seven times and rises again,
But the wicked stumble in time of disaster.

 

Failure is overwhelming when an escape desired - relies on another plan entirely temporal; but when one observes an attempt to life as godly (initially), to then seek to recapitulate onto the ONE whose plan for the lives (i.e., those who experience periodic lapse in good judgment, to thereafter insist on personal demand in allowing their Savior’s lead – cf. Ro.7:14-20) is perceived as perfect and faithful, success will be the end result (*Ps.34:8)!
