1 John 3

 ¹ Look at how great a love the Father has given us that we should be called God’s children. And we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it didn’t know Him.

 

While believers ought to be amazed at such love demonstrated by their Savior, they also must recognize HIS generosity unto all men with spiritual proactivity in seeking to win those presumably satisfied in leading their own lives apart from Christ rule. Moreover, to “know” HIM, won’t desire to become a recluse in their every endeavor, but will pursue (daily) such intimacy with Christ through acknowledgement of His Word by following all He presented in earth (and we know His consideration for even the vilest of sinners most assuredly declared His Father’s sufficiency to guide those He created).

Praise must never become so celebratory – that leaves others to themselves (*Prov.11:30) …
