Today’s Thought “Living Inside Myself” G. Ward
1 Corinthians 6
12 All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything.
Here’s a stanza from one of the greatest hymns in faith; Grace, grace, God's grace, Grace that will pardon and cleanse within Grace, grace, God's grace Grace that is greater than all our sin!
The joy in knowing our Savior paid sin’s penalty is the contemplative review while this is sung by the believer and those same practitioners of intimacy with Christ are with refusal to pervert/subvert the gospel’s intent. Like in Corinth however, there are more who sing it with a licentiousness that pervades on many an idea of un-substantiated permissiveness from Holy God that commits sin knowing of such grace, assuming coverage thereafter. May ours be sincerely observant of true freedom’s way while with opportunity (Ac.3:19).
