Today’s Thought “Who’s Behind Me?” G. Ward
“How happy are those whose way is blameless, who live according to the Lord’s
instruction!” Psalm 119:1
The new day presented can often be weighty;
particularly when peaceable resolve with others went violated. Our modern day
culture insists that contentiousness with another be addressed that would
foster better understanding. Moreover, for believers statements like, “we’ll
agree to disagree” are antithetical to what Final Authority demands (*Ac.2:44, 1
Cor.13:1-7). Why? Because every answer is contained by Holy God’s words and
when followed contentment rests therein. When our feeling violated has a need
to be addressed, our subliminal mindset demands that dialogue intended with the
person of contention answer on our terms, whereby argument persists…
Allow Tuesday to recall Holy God’s greatest
attribute as “Love” worthy to follow.
