Today’s
Thought “When I Rose This Morning…” G. Ward
1 Peter
1:3
Blessed
be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great
mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection
of Jesus Christ from the dead,
This
spiritual inheritance through Christ’s sacrificial offering of Himself is
awesome to perceive, particularly in view of HIS eternal insight into who I am,
what I’ve done, along with whether I’m sincerely devoted to HIM. Altogether,
this warrants a critical assessment of how I plan to substantiate my faith, so
as to nullify desire of old, along with wrongful contributions that have
nothing to do with HIS ETERNAL message through me and what ought to be
for HIS glory. I must tell Jesus. I must tell HIM my newest desire is a
rightful portrayal when no one is around. I must tell HIM, how I long for
fellowship with others as spiritually ambitious as I am. I must tell HIM, thank
You for His patience, along with lovingkindness unto me, when slipping
backwards, to then restore me onto usefulness in HIM, to then begin again,
where my first Love remains. Please join me…
