Today’s Thought “So Much Injustice!” G. Ward James 1 14 But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust. 15 Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it has run its course, brings forth death. Today marks the 75th anniversary of Auschwitz’s liberation from maintaining the largest concentration and death camps where 1.1 million European Jews, along with prisoners of war and homosexuals (presumed) were killed. Presidential policies instituted by Andrew Jackson’s reign (U.S. President, 1828-1837) absolutely forced (utilizing the U.S. Army) migration westward (from the South and Southeast) for 5 tribal groups of the American Indian whereby many from what began as 350,000 indigenous people of this nation having endured great brutalities; even witnessing disease (ordinarily curable), that killed more than 30,000 and many more would die of hunger and others would freeze to death, known as The Trail of Tears. Altogether, every injustice begins with thoughts entirely indifferent to the Almighty’s governance for those HE made (John 15:5) and to think of ourselves as indifferent to these kinds of villainous acts is perpetuated (arrogantly so) when we believe in a pseudo, personal ethical code that immediately categorizes people according to visuals versus our Creator’s desire (*2 Pe.3:9).
